Committed to Stewarding Your Property: the heart of who we are
TeamOne was founded after seeing Ohio property owners get frustrated and overwhelmed while juggling multiple contractors, including pest control, tree companies, landscapers, and property maintenance providers. Between all the experts needed to maintain a property, it can add up to many invoices, schedules, and points of contact. Our owner, Felix Lopez, saw the need for an all-in-one property asset services company that could relieve stress and act as a valued long-term partner.
Built on Felix’s 20-year foundation in horticulture and arboriculture, as well as his expertise as an ISA-Certified Arborist, TeamOne works to steward your property with professionalism, science-backed methods, integrity, and a genuine heart for service.
Led By
Felix Lopez III
ISA Certified Arborist
Felix Lopez began his career in South Florida while working with his father to learn the fundamentals of sales, pest management, and horticulture. Now, with 20 years of experience and as a longstanding member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Felix is a trusted partner for Ohio HOAs, golf courses, utilities, municipalities, townships, government entities, and residential property owners. Above all, though, is his heart for healthy trees and building lasting relationships.
Our Team Philosophy
In addition to valuing the plants and properties that we work with, TeamOne also deeply cares for its employees. Each person on our team receives continuous training, career mentorship, and a path toward industry certifications. We offer more than a job—we want to provide meaningful opportunities for growth and leadership. When you partner with TeamOne, we hope you’ll notice the unity and respect within our team throughout all communication, work, cleanup, and follow-up.
